The application fuction doesn't work properly. The download speed is below 15KB/sec at with the first time usage. It becomes even more slower than the previous speed. In addition, the phone sometimes automatically shuts down. It brings inconvenience especially when I have an emergent phone call. I have called the shop assistant named Della for this unfavorable condition. However, the assistant replied in an impolite way.
Since the mobile phone still could not run the functions properly. I hope you will offer me a replacement mobile phone.
